Add O3DE tutorials

This is a WIP PR. It is based on the work of @wsiekierska .

I removed the installation tutorial written by Wiktoria and wrote one again with O3DE SDK instead of the source code. This part is ready for the review. The second and the third tutorials will follow.

The second one (basic) will describe three possible modifications in the Editor

• adding a camera to the robot
• adding another robot and changing namespaces in the second one as using overrides
• adding ROS2 Spawner component to spawn more robots

The third one will describe the addition of a simple topic subscriber and/or a publisher, e.g., ROS 2 subscriber to change the light color.
