This PR refactors the addAllUserToRoom method to improve memory efficiency when processing users.
The implementation now iterates through users using a MongoDB cursor (Users.find(...).batchSize(100)) and processes them incrementally with for await...of. This avoids potentially materializing large result sets in memory when dealing with a large number of users.
