chore: disable Transfer Call button when the opposite client doesn't support being transferred

Proposed changes (including videos or screenshots)

Added both "transfer" and "hold" to the list of call features that the client may optionally support;
Changed the buttons for those two features to be disabled when the other side of the call doesn't support it.
