GTNHReflections

Provides specular maps for most blocks in GregTech: New Horizons

Specular maps are generated from the textures with the function: Reflectivity = (R + G + B) / 4

A lot of reflections don't make any sense (Leaves, grass, wood), feel free to delete and pull request these!
