Toxicity of Microplastics Explorer: Human Health
The Toxicity of Microplastics Explorer (ToMEx) is a database and data visualization tool for microplastics toxicity data pertaining to human health. This tool was created to facilitate the activties of the California Microplastics Health Effects Workshop.
The web application is built using a variety of R packages including shiny, shinydashboard, tidyverse, ggplot, and plotly.
