This pull request includes the following updates:

  • New MH download file that includes previously missing records restored in the database by Yanet
  • Creates an archive folder to house previous MH downloads (useful for comparisons if needed)
  • Updates code to read in new MH file
  • Adds files for the environment through MH04 and MH06 and removes previous environment files
  • Adds new RDS file and moves previous RDS file to the archive folder
  • Updates expansion function to properly address monthly recurring closures (for gulf red snapper, monthly recurring closures were not expanding correctly and were being overwritten by one time closures)
