MEMAP Basis

The MEMAP Basis define the actors, behaviors, and messages that allow the simulation of a set of energy management systems, as individual or aggregated entities. MEMAP Basis produces an optimized schedule, according to the user criteria.

Optimization criteria:

• Cost
  Note: CO2 Emissions will be added as criteria, but it is not this version.

Simulation modes

• MEMAP on: Enables building coordination and group optimization
• MEMAP off: Performs individual level optimization

Actors:

• Building
• Demand
• Storage: Battery, thermal storage
• Controllable generation: Gas Boiler
• Volatile generation: PV, Solar thermal
• Coupler: CHP, Heat pump

Each actor defines a number of attributes that can be specified by the user.
