An ICO, or Initial Coin Offering, is the Blockchain equivilant of offering stock in a certain service or product. ERC20 tokens are custom made versions of these tokens, which are created on the EVM, Ethereum Virtual Machine.
PupperCoin is my introduction into creating fungible tokens, and pushing them to the EVM/Ethereum Blockchain in preperation for other coins and projects in the future.
