Initial Release

A utility mod that introduces various helper classes and functions to SRXD for modders to use.

• Adds utilities for modders to easily add new menus to SRXD, as well as add UI controls to these menus.
• Adds a centralized mod options menu to the game which other mods can extend.
• Adds utilities for finding, playing, deleting, and getting track info from SRTBs, as well as saving and loading arbitrary data to and from SRTBs for use in mods.
• Adds utilities for quickly enabling and disabling score submission

Requires SpinModdingUtilities version 1.0.7
