Personal-Message Permit.

Install Pm-Permit permit external plugin.

Now if Someone texts you,Bot will warn him to wait of owner's response.
If he continues,Bot will block him after 3 warns.
Approve any user just by replying .approve or .a to his message.
Disapprove by reply his message .disapprove or .da
