Based on https://github.com/Perfare/Il2CppDumper

Not quite done:

There's a couple dozen compile errors left.
It needs an output format.
I have not tested this on any games.
The code quality is utter trash.
The Ghidra/IDA/etc scripts have not yet been copied over.

Resolves #236
