Better progression adjustment
What's Changed
- 4 rep prescription on changed weight is too optimistic by @Schroedingberg in #5
This makes progression a bit more realistic. Previously we just kept the total work per set, which might be too ambitious.
The updated algorithm uses a 1RM table, accounting for the non-linearity of weight->reps

Initial release
Progressive - MVP
This release will allow you to track workouts - at least based on the plan templates that are currently available.
You can't really conveniently set up your own yet, but if you just want to get started and have no specific ideas about what your training should look like, it will probably be fine.
I will start using this from now and refine any pain points I encounter.
Feel free to open issues if you miss anything!
