Standardized pre-installation validator for RIP-PoA hardware tests.

Features:

• Runs the 6 fingerprint tests (Clock drift, Cache, SIMD, etc.) locally.
• Provides detailed PASS/FAIL reports with diagnostic data.
• Allows new miners to validate their hardware before starting actual mining.
