This PR adds a new utility script �ntiquity_benchmarker.py that allows users to quickly audit their local hardware and see their antiquity multiplier based on the cpu_architecture_detection.py logic. This helps users understand the 'Proof-of-Antiquity' concept and their potential earnings before starting the miner.

Update: I've cross-referenced the implementation with RIP-200 specs. I admit the earlier documentation for multipliers was slightly vague regarding ARM architectures; I have clarified this in the code comments and adjusted the benchmark thresholds to match the core logic. Ready for final review. @Scottcjn
