Adds grenades properly to RnD, 9x39mm magazines, some remaps and fixes ordering on TAP and SRM jobs

Add: Grenades (SHI, DSM, NCWL, NCSP) to RnD (SHI, DSM, NCWL, CD)

Changed

• Sasha has its AME, Shield Gen moved slightly a bit north and the addition of the much anticipated Loader Deathzone™ gantry is added to the front in front of the 230mm. Two MG pd taken off the rear because I think there is too many anyway.
• SRM and TAP roles are reordered on the character screen to make more sense.
• 9x39mm magazines are properly added to lathes.
• NCWL Timelocks rounded up to the nearest hour.

This should be quickly dealt with. I gave SHI their research nades already also maybe having ammo be research locked might be a good idea as well. Like nobody is making the pulse rifle yet its ammo is craftable at any lathe.
