This suit is way too overpowered.
It costs half as many precursors as an NCWL jug.
Outperforms it in basically every way.
The sound is broken as it keeps playing after the shield is destroyed.
Neither can I re-enable it.
Something is for sure not right with it.

very fast for a "jugsuit"
its 750 metallic + 450 recharging shield.
It honestly should just be nerfed a bit to be closer to other jugsuits with the slowdown.

Okay after further testing.
This outperforms the NCWL T3 jugsuit in protection against 7.62 while not suffering any of the drawbacks.
It also can survive 2 whole LAM hits after dying on the 3rd. (NCWL jug dies on the first one)
This is literally just a better jugsuit that costs half the precursors.

750 metallic is a baseline for the majority of combat suits, T1 and T2 included. But the recharging shield has been toned down to deal with more extreme weaponry, such as the mentioned LAM.

Overall seems to be in a much better state.
Some tweaking could probably be still done.

With 150 charge its probably reasonable.
I cant test it right now that by itself blocks 2 Hristov shots or maybe the second one already damages. Similarly with a LAT. Overall a faster jugsuit with a shield isnt the worst. But its kinda backwards when shotguns are great at destroying it due to raw damage and AT weapons are worse. Maybe making it have raw damage reductions and balancing it around that would be better. So shotguns and light damage stuff gets blocked well but the shield isnt effective against AMRs and the such. Also Im pretty sure this is very effective against grenades and explosions in general. The long charge time probably makes up for a lot of stuff as you cant just weld it back.

Description
With the help of @naelmiros for the sprites, we have added in the T3 armor for DSM's research tree. Which has a contrasting design of having faster movement than most juggernaut suits, and a regenerating shield that can block a few bullets before needing to recharge, and having a long delay if the shield is fully broken.
