Lasguns are now in hullrot!
I've only added them in a baseline, generic version that we can build on and expand at a later date.
Lasguns are a logistically easy gun to supply, you can recharge their ammo at any recharger, and you can use any generic power cell to use on your las pistol/rifle!
Downsides is that it's incredibly weak damage wise, with the rifle being on par as 6mm.
Lasguns make for a unique way to arm yourself or your troops- since you can easily drown the opposition in a tidal wave of laser fire, you're also giving up the damage that ballistic weaponry does- as well as leaving yourself to being hit by an EMP- potentially wiping out your ammo.
Lasgun bolts can also pass by grilles, windows, etc. Mimicking how energy guns work in SS13 and SS14, giving players new ways to use their new guns!
Weapons Added:
*SHI 90c 'Taiyo' Laser Rifle
*SHI 60c 'Hoshi' Laser Pistol
The Taiyo and Hoshi Respectively are the baselines which other las-rifles/pistols would be built off of.
The Taiyo fires relatively fast, akin to a 5.56 rifle, and the Hoshi fires slower, meanwhile, like a kammerer (accounting for the time you rack)
Power cells added:
The las-rifle power cell deals 15 heat damage (the same as a 6mm shot), whilst the las-pistol power cell deals 8 heat damage per shot (the generic power cells also use the las-pistol profile). These cells have way more higher shot capacity than the generic power cells, with 40 and 80 shots in them respectively.
The disabler power cell meanwhile, only allows your lasgun to shoot disabler rounds, effectively turning it into a non-lethal way to down someone. Useful as a support role, or just a way to capture prisoners if desired.
