Added detailed "Difficulty Analysis: What CAN'T Be Fully Plugged?" section to CRITICAL_GAPS_ANALYSIS.md covering: - Exceptionally hard gaps (Anti-Capture Governance, AI Agent Provenance) - Fundamental limitations (Execution Trace Validation, Privacy Leakage, Nondeterminism) - Solvable gaps with high effort - Summary table with difficulty and achievability ratings - Strategic recommendations and acceptance criteria - Realistic expectations about system capabilities This analysis clarifies which gaps can be fully addressed vs which have inherent tradeoffs or require exceptional resources. Updated SECURITY.md with cross-reference to new analysis section. Key insights: - 8 of 10 gaps are fully solvable with time and resources - 2 gaps (governance, AI agents) require partnerships and long timelines - 3 fundamental limitations are well-understood tradeoffs, not fatal flaws - Clear path to v1.0 with realistic 16-18 month timeline
