This Test just Alert, is the Value of coin over the Bollinger Bands

##What is idea?

1. Chcek, Is MV(Moving Average)25 line horizontality?
2. Then, the coin value is over the MV25?

1. Yes -> Shot
2. No -> Long

3. Does the value change in the same direction for 4 consecutive times?
4. after setp 3, is repulsive force lower than total step 3 vale?
5. Sell/ Buy target coin
6. wait long movemonet
7. Buy/ Sell after step 6.
