Aggregated repository build

Once a build is tested and deemed stable, it should be eventually promoted.

Promoting a build consists of mirroring all the OSGi artifacts into a single standalone p2 repository. During the mirroring, filters can be applied to exclude specific artifacts.

The resulting p2 repository contains all the dependencies: it does not link to any other p2 repository and it can be hosted anywhere. The resulting p2 repository will also contain the corresponding debian packages.
