#TODO List

1. Figure out how to change roadblock into full block when a block is placed on top of said roadblock
2. Populate Roadblocks tab with blocks and half slab metadata blocks
3. Change Paver's Mallet into ItemTool (Custom ItemTool)
4. Drop Metadata Item when meta block is broken
5. Maybe create own speed potion? (To disable speed boost icon (see Bug #3))
6. Possibly (UNLIKELY) replicate Carpenters Blocks functionality (Blank block that takes on properties of blocks right clicked onto it)
7. Add sound effect to block state change

#Bugs

1. Mallet not losing durability on use.
2. Speed boost not effecting NPC's.
3. Speed Boost icon not been disabled in player inventory.
