Simple tests for feedback, just a few mocking tests for now.
Please leave any suggestions as you can.
Notes:
1). Tests with a #testing! comment is the one need to pass but not fully tested yet.
2). Tests have many syntaxes errors that need to be corrected and please feel free to correct me at any point.

Hey, couple questions

Does this create an updated generated swagger file when you run the target for swagger gen?
Are you able to re-create the current build error locally, or is something else going on in CI?

It did not generate Swagger file or create any update file when I run it.
I run all the tests through Docker image since I did not set up the project on my macOS.
Should I set up the Dev-Env locally for the test not using Docker?
Yes, I'm trying to re-create the current build error, but not sure about the syntax for/to run the rswagger gem(it kind of confused me and messed up my RSpec code).
