@ckortekaas @slephant I've simulated an S3 sync on this branch - https://367831736176-ys7hmqsb.us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/wordpressoldstaging-buckets3bucket43879041-lmetqzxxwmz2?region=us-east-1&prefix=downloads/v20/&showversions=false. I will revert this hack after your review. In regards to prod release, I am not sure how to test the pipeline without creating a release.
