Known issues

This page will list all known issues for Shuttle, and how to report new or unknown issues.

Windows (7+)

Windows can't launch the setup.

The setup may be corrupt during the downloading.

Try to download the setup again.

"Windows cannot access the specified device path or file"

The Shuttle's executable was corrupted / deleted.

Install Shuttle again, and add it in your antivirus exclusions.

"Just in time debugger" error

Visual studio may interfere with Shuttle.

Disable the "Just in time debugger" in Visual Studio.

No navigation bar appears.

Translation system problem.
Corrected in release 1.2.2.

Bookmarks doesn't appear.

Shuttle can't refresh your bookmarks.
Corrected un release 1.2.8.

GNU/Linux Debian (Xfce and Mate)

No known issues.

MacOS (1.9+)

I can't launch Shuttle because it isn't identified by Apple.

We didn't paid for an apple software registration, that cost to much.
