This is a multi-label classification of tones for sales intelligence platform CadenceIQ using BERT Transformers + PyTorch.

Demo-Preview

Objective

To extract contextual tones from sales conversations that helps SDRs to derive a distribution of tones that work best on their prospects. SDRs can uncover conversational trends thereby driving sales conversions. _The algorithm works on top of BERT transformers and pytorch library.
