Merged Discrim and Discrim Final,

Combined and Merged discrim and discrim_final branches.

• All BDD scripts and changes are present along with the cleaned version of the script prior to submission to TMLR
• Ran a couple of scripts (viper --> cs, synthia --> cs, viper -->bdd) with both the segformer and dlv2 backbones and they run properly

TODO:

• clean up remaining code
• clean up run scripts for viper--> bdd and synthia --> bdd under the tools/experiments directory (which is what we will use in the final repo)
• these tasks above can be done after accel is merged into this discrim codebase.
