HA status update of HVAC

Whenever a operational state has been changed all HA climate relevant topics are updated. This makes HVAC and HA syncronized without the need of resetting the MHI-AC-ctrl. This is also benificial when the yaml files are reloaded.

Perhaps for future improvement to create a timer to update these status after a certain time.

2.8.3-rc Home assistant integration

This release integrates with the climate integration of Home Assistant 2023-05. Certain improvements made in the MHI-AC-ctrl firmware to facilitate this.
Also a config file (yaml) for the integration in HA has been added that takes care of the 'translation' between MHI-AC-ctrl and HA's Climate
Update in documentation and future improvement plans are shared

Operational version of webserver on hardware that is operational with MHI-AC

Integrated webserver for firmware updates over http. Load the bin file over the webserver for updating.
