Smoke test Token Negotiator Standalone

Via the Token Negotiator directory on a local machine.

• run, npm run build-umd
• once complete, run, http-server (you'll need the http-server NPM package)
• if you are testing specific configurations, remove the current and add your own to the issuers parameter of Token Negotiator as required.
• Once updated, refresh the page to see the new configuration / you may need to clear your cache depending on your browser settings
