- rename config.template.php to config.inc.php
- enable php_mysql.dl in php.ini file (locate with php -i | grep "Loaded Configuration File")
- create mysql user for ojs GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON . TO 'username'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
- create upload directory chown to www-data
- add wije journal, authors guidelines and logo user accounts
- Make custom email templates from the previous section in this readme
- Setup email in config.inc.php as in the email settings section in this readme
