Adabas v6.7.1 release

This is a release to be sychonous to the release of Adabas v6.7.1 in October.

Added functionality

• Support refresh of Adabas file
• Support renumber of Adabas file

Pre-Modules release

This release contains

• TCPCONNECTION parameter is handle (ADATCP)
• Small minor fixes

This release is the last released using dep dependencies. Next release will move to GO modules.

Hotfix 2

This is a release with following changes:

• Provide access to job control administration
• Uses swagger date time types (this requires to use Adabas RESTful administration v6.7.0 hotfix 2)
