General:

The opening cutscene for a character will now play regardless of having Chao Gameplay mod.
You can now lose race, be aware.
Creating a new save file will now reset the current seed progression.

New Level / Character Combination:

Chaos 4 has been added.
Gamma can now do Egg Walker.

Bug fixes:

Fixed a bug where the Back Ring wasn't sending you at the correct position.
Gamma and Amy victory quote should now play correctly.
Fixed a bug where AI could make Tails losing without racing.
Losing a race as Tails should no longer softlock the game.
Game Over should no longer reset the character and the mission.
