  • Add hierarchical spatial Durbin model with argument Durbin (including calculating Durbin impacts)
  • return MCMC draws of $\rho$, $\lambda$, and $\sigma^2$ s
  • generate posterior distribution of impacts

Tried to correct problem with #6 due to omission of new exported function from _pkgdown.yml but cannot now get merge status loaded.
