  • Add new types to Common for the new scrim type
  • Add mutations in core to accept a request to create the new scrim type
  • Add handlers in matchmaking to actually create it

No changes were necessary to submission, validation, or finalization, because they are all ambivalent to # of games played or other scrim parameters.
