Renamed to interaxi

'adrepl' (for AxiDraw read-execute-print-loop) was always a clunky name, so I've changed it 'interaxi' (for Interactive AxiDraw).

Since the last release, the main change is the addition of pause/resume functionality. If you need to pause a plot part way through (to adjust the pen, for example), you can press the button on the side of the plotter. interaxi will detect the button press, and ask if you want to resume or cancel the plot.
