feat(globals): document the other stores

i don't feel like writing anything yet other than the src/globals/{managers,stores} folders are purely cosmetic not anymore it looks like ass

initial types are generated with https://github.com/ricewind012/steam-sharedjscontext-types/blob/master/src/ConvertToTSInterface.js just in case

TODO

• remove duplicates
• better directory structure? maybe move src/globals/steam-client/shared.ts somewhere else, too
• update these types to the current age (written a year ago), will probably be done as im writing them
• use types in src/globals/shared in DFL
• maybe remove Init(), Reset(), various listeners, etc. ?
• last task - revert undone formatting

TODO for some other time

• steal/link to https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/api/steam_api (maybe not in this repo, too large)
• generate protobufs ( maybe in other repo because that would be too big )
• use these types in loader, too
