Updated to better handle errors - including a new parameter KeepOpenOnError

1. Added new parameter KeepOpenOnError that, if ShowUI is set to true, the form will stay open when complete, but only if the exit code of sqlpackage.exe is not zero.
2. Changed txtOutput to be a richtextbox and error text is now shown in red
3. If the ui stays open because of an error, a new close window button was added to show at the bottom of the form (but only visible if there was an error)
