v1.0.0-alpha

The bot now has:

• database integration
• elo system
• rank system
• new apperance

New commands are:

• ghostvoices: Let you use the ghostvoices of the dead players for 5 minutes.
• defaultcadre: Set's the cadre which is used as a standard on the server if no other cadre is specified.
• elo: Outputs the current elo of the author or, when you have the permission, of the given user.

Removed commands:

• exit: Calls sys.exit and closes the bot and the process.
