🎨 Palette: Improved accessibility and usability for form inputs

💡 What:

  • Added aria-describedby to the "Connection Count" input to link it with its existing helper text.
  • Added explicit min="0" and max="21" constraints to the "Vector ID (Last Flag)" input.
  • Added a new helper text span for "Vector ID" explaining the range constraint and linked it via aria-describedby.

🎯 Why:

  • Screen reader users were missing context provided by visual helper text.
  • The "Vector ID" field had strict backend constraints (0-21) but no frontend validation or guidance, leading to potential errors.

Accessibility:

  • Programmatic association of helper text ensures screen readers announce descriptions when inputs are focused.
  • Explicit constraints prevent invalid data entry.
