Description
This pull request addresses the issue where the play again button was not displayed correctly in the Tic-Tac-Toe game when a draw occurred. Instead of showing the button, the code mistakenly attempted to update the inner HTML of the button element, resulting in it not being visible to the user.
The fix involves updating the code to correctly handle the display of the play again button upon a draw in the game. The inner HTML of the button element is no longer modified, and instead, its display property is appropriately updated to ensure it is visible to the user when needed.
