Analysis for linear 2ac task
Use in conjunction with zarr data file generated by vr2p. Adds additional meta data relevant to the 2-alternative cue-delay-choice task (2ACDC).

pip install -e .The cluster placefield analysis requires the settings file (placefield_settings.yml) and for the placefield_job.sh file to be in the root folder. Both can be found in the 'cluster_files' folder.
