Mobile version is very much similar to it's desktop counterpart. This is still a basic SPV wallet but it has all features including send and claiming KMD interest.

Your keys never leave the wallet. Transactions signing is done locally after that the data is pushed via Electrum nodes to a network.

Note: this app works via a 3rd party proxy node to transmit data to actual Electrum nodes. Unfortunately that's the limitation a pure client side app has.
