Note: still work in progress. 'diff' functionality not re-implemented yet (that's why issue-261.hurl test is disabled) Current impl uses SQLite.

tldr: We need to handle datasets that don't fit in memory. Successful experiments with ingesting data into a SQL db (tested with H2 and SQLite) convinced us to move to SQL to store observation data.
