Improved Inventory Config

* Inventory Config now uses SerializedPlayerInventory

This version can be installed on Synapse 2.6.0 and 2.7.0 (Public Beta 11.0.0)

Installation

1. Install Synapse
2. Place the SerpentsHand.dll in your plugin folder
3. Restart/Start your Server
