First version of Location Kit Lost artifact.
-Lost module implemented, with some code differences compared to the Google and Huawei modules.
-Location settings client stuff is implemented, but partially, due to some differences and weird issues compared to the other modules (see lostzen/lost#140 for more information).
-Java version was forced to 1.8.
-Lost 3.0.4 was implemented on this release.
-Lost base dependency implemented.
