This PR will only show the sigpatch menu item on the main menu if the URL has been populated in the config. Additionally The default config written on the first start will not present the menu entry. The menu entry will show if "NULL" isn't in the sigpatch URL
Let me know if this needs any changes. It is recommended users delete the config file for nsainstaller as by default it used to ship a config with AWOO's patch url.
Ive tested it myself and you can find a copy of the build in the chat mod channel on neptune.
