Can't kill nawab script while tg bot is running. #58

when the tg bot is executing its start command, and while that is in progress, if we try to kill the python program with keyboard interupt (CTRL + C) it doesn't seem to kill itself

This is actually a feature of updater.idle that we need to pass ctrl+c 2 times to stop. But even if telegram bot is not started we need to put 2 ctrl+c to stop. So I have found a workaround for that. Refer #65

Btw, I'm assuming double CTRL + C should be working fine?
