'출입 가능' 상태 일 때만 QR이동 버튼 노출 시키기
권한 상세 조회 모달의 QR 이동 버튼 클릭시, 해당 QR로 이동
출입 가능한 건에 대해서만 메인에 노출되도록 수정
css 수정
방문증 신청 후 뒤로가기 못하게 수정
목업데이터 분리, main에 userVC 임시 생성기 설정 및 필요한 함수 추가
