该日期转化逻辑目前仅有date-range-picker在使用，此前这里的为了选择到每周第一天没采用Dayjs内置的.day()的API，而用subtract倒退来选择第一天并不可取，也出过bug
和tdesign-common中的此PR捆绑：
修复并修改周选择器中，关于每周第一天选定的逻辑

重新调整解析逻辑，暂时用正则来匹配周数字符串，并提供参数允许调整周几作为每周的开始。
