Authentication, Multilingual, and Involvement Improvements

• Allow users to login with TouchPoint. Anyone with a TouchPoint user account can sign into WordPress as a subscriber and can interact with content as a known user.
• We're now multi-lingual! Translation has begun for Spanish. If you're interested in translating to other languages, we would love the help.
• Involvements (e.g. Small Groups) now load and sync faster.
• Improved automatic deployment of Python scripts
• Improvements to the Involvements Nearby feature
• Caching improvements, which help everything load faster.
• Added more options to control which Involvements are imported for public display.
• Includes a hotfix concerning syncing People with Users
• A whole bunch of smaller bugs
