--Recompiled using gitbook using info at https://github.com/GitbookIO/gitbook (older version of gitbook from npm (1.5) fails with a memory error that is solved by installing gitbook through the gitbook-cli npm package per their github docs)
--Updated docs to reflect that we no longer support WITH/NOTWITH/NOT WITH in Eugene Rules
